Becky Payne is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois with nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals and families through trauma, dissociation, and emotional healing. She is trained in EMDR, holds the CCTP‑II credential as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and is also a Certified Brain Health Professional.

Bio

Originally from Clay County, Illinois, Becky earned her Bachelor’s in Church and Family Life and her Master of Arts in Counseling from Lincoln Christian University. Her career reflects a deep commitment to serving diverse communities—through counseling, pastoral ministry, and teaching as an adjunct professor of Psychology at both Lincoln Christian University and St. Louis Christian College.

In 2016, Becky founded Grace and Truth Christian Counseling in Louisville, Illinois, later expanding the practice into Grace and Truth Counseling, PLLC. In 2025, she opened a second office in Washington, Illinois, where she offers both in‑person and telehealth services. She is also licensed to provide telehealth counseling in Indiana.

Becky’s work is grounded in the belief that a personal relationship with Jesus Christ is central to lasting hope, healing, and transformation.
