Becky Payne is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois with nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals and families through trauma, dissociation, and emotional healing. She is trained in EMDR, holds the CCTP‑II credential as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and is also a Certified Brain Health Professional.

Becky’s counseling space is intentially warm, safe, and non-judmental—a place where clients can find hope and healing. Becky currently offers in-person sessions in her Washington, Illinois office and provides telehealth services for clients in Illinois and Indiana, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Bio
Becky Payne, MC, LCPC, earned her Master’s in Counseling from Lincoln Christian Seminary in 1999 and has devoted her career to serving individuals across all ages and backgrounds, with a special focus on healing from childhood and adult trauma. She provides counseling for PTSD, dissociative disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, boundary and relationship challenges, anger management, self-esteem concerns, spiritual abuse, and more.
Her diverse ministry and professional background includes serving in three churches, working with the homeless, teaching as an adjunt professor at two colleges, serving in hospital chaplaincy, and working in multiple counseling agencies. In 2016, she founded Grace and Truth Christian Counseling, later rebranding it as Grace and Truth Counseling, PLLC in 2019.
She offers Christian counseling for clients who desire a faith-integrated experience.
